The day you’ve been waiting for is almost here—on September 25, 2018 we’re upgrading our virtual banking experience!
As a reminder from our last correspondence, we’re requesting that you update your contact information in our current online banking system before September 15. Please recall the following IMPORTANT information:
- The go-live date for our new virtual banking solution is September 25, 2018.
- We will send you important information about logging in and utilizing the new system to the contact information you have listed in our current system. It is imperative that you update your contact information in the existing system at least 10 days prior to September 25.
- Online Bill Pay will be unavailable from September 24 until September 25, during which time your pre-scheduled payments will still be processed. New payments, however, cannot be scheduled during the downtime.
